About the Job

BuzzFactory is seeking to add an engaging, growth-minded Account Manager to our growing team. Account Managers keep The Hive buzzing by executing client projects, maintaining client relationships, and coordinating and executing marketing campaigns. Success in this role requires excellent communication abilities, organizational abilities, interpersonal awareness, problem-solving, and time management skills. You will never be bored! It's important to note that all of our clients are in the addiction treatment space. Personal experience of or understanding of addiction recovery is necessary in order to do this job well.

Who We Are

BuzzFactory is a boutique marketing firm working with behavioral health companies across the country. We help our clients grow, so they can — in turn — help more people recover.

Our entire team is in recovery and our leadership team has nearly 40 years of recovery between them. For that reason, we are passionate about what we do and we know how to create campaigns that connect with those seeking recovery. At the same time, our team has decades of experience working for major international brands. You will learn a lot from your colleagues while completing the fulfilling work of executing campaigns that help people find recovery.

Who We Need

The ideal Account Manager is friendly, flexible, and highly organized.

You must have:
  • A passion for working in the behavioral health sector
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
  • Solid customer service experience or experience in a customer-facing role
We’d love it if you had:
  • Familiarity with Hubspot (or similar CRM softwares), Hootsuite, social media, and blog platforms
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace products
  • Experience managing vendor relationships
  • Familiarity with or experience in digital marketing
  • Personal experience of addiction recovery
What You’ll Do

Under the supervision of the Director of Accounts, you will be responsible for managing communication and workflow for your assigned accounts, enabling our marketing campaigns to increase traffic, conversions, and overall success for our clients in an ethical way. Daily tasks will therefore include handling client communications, coordinating design projects, writing social media posts or blogs, completing KPI analysis, attending client and team meetings, managing campaign deliverable timelines, and more. You will be involved in every aspect of what we do, and will make a real difference for our clients and their clients.

This job can be remote or in-office in Palm Springs. Some travel required. Personal experience of addiction recovery a plus. Please note with your application what your personal understanding or experience of addiction recovery is like.
